Come back to yourself

Embodied Therapy in Pasadena & Virtual throughout California

You’re tired of feeling overstimulated and under-supported

Many people spend years moving through life disconnected from themselves — pushing through anxiety, self-doubt, numbness, or relational pain simply because it has become familiar. Often, there comes a moment when something shifts: a relationship changes, the body begins to ask for attention, or the exhaustion of survival outweighs the fear of change. Whatever brought you here, I honor the courage it takes to begin this process.

Therapy can offer more than symptom relief. It can become a space to breathe fully, deepen your relationship with yourself, and explore new ways of being in connection with others. A space where all parts of you are welcome.

Stuck between who you are, and who you are becoming

Feel Familiar?

Struggling with things that feel like you “should” be able to handle them

Feel like you are stuck between who you are and who you want to be

Wishing that you could feel like yourself again

Hoping all the things you do will actually make you feel better

If you are reading this, you may have reached a point where something in your life no longer feels sustainable. Perhaps anxiety lives constantly in your body — keeping you alert, questioning your safety, your relationships, or your place in the world. Maybe you are carrying experiences from the past that have remained stored beneath the surface, showing up through tension, overwhelm, disconnection, or patterns you can no longer ignore. You may find yourself struggling in relationships, longing to communicate more openly, feel understood, or reconnect with yourself and others in a more authentic way.

My work is grounded in the belief that healing is not only cognitive, but also embodied and relational. The body often holds what words alone cannot express. Together, we create a space where you can slow down, listen inwardly, and begin to notice the ways your nervous system, emotions, and relationships have adapted to survive. Through curiosity, attunement, and compassionate exploration, therapy becomes a place to reconnect with your own felt sense of safety, agency, and self-trust.

Embodied Therapy can help you befriend your nervous system instead of overriding it
